New GABO Results presented in Washington

Together with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce (DGIC), we presented the results of the latest German American Business Outlook (GABO) survey in Washington, DC. The President and CEO of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce, Dr. Christoph Schemionek, was joined by Melanie Vogelbach, Managing Director International Economic Policy at DIHK and local business representatives. The GABO annually collects market perspectives from German companies in the U.S. This year, 91% of these companies are expecting a net increase. 96% are planning to invest in their US subsidiaries. Difficulties finding skilled workforce and inflation are some of the challenges faced by German companies. All of the GABO results can be found here .
